Penn Audio designs and builds professional loudspeakers for install and live sound — and engineers every one of them in an in-house, physics-accurate simulation platform: the Penn Audio Speaker Lab.
What we do
Design, simulate, build.
We build a complete professional loudspeaker line built around the carbon-fiber Unibody design — the Unibody Series — alongside a catalog of reference designs from the Speaker Lab. Every cabinet is modeled from first principles in the Speaker Lab before it’s ever laid up: engineered as a complete system and verified before production.
The result is a line with a consistent voice, a coherent impedance class, and engineering you can re-open and interrogate.
Physics first
No alignment ships without a model behind it — drivers, enclosure, ports, crossover, and panel modes, all solved before fabrication.
One driver set
Standardizing on a matched, in-house-selected driver set keeps the voicing curve consistent and the impedance class coherent across the entire line.
Open by default
The design file ships with the product. Re-simulate it, re-tune it, or adapt it to your room — the same model we used.
